Our clients are online coaches and consultants and educators. Flourish Online’s multi-faceted services include graphic design, website development, Messenger bots, social media and content, and email automation. Role:
The Assistant Project Manager is the person responsible for keeping projects moving through our system and being the #1 advocate for the client.
Responsibilities:
Familiarizing yourself with the scope of the client project and understanding all of the requirements
Client and project onboarding
Setting project schedules
Weekly Project Status Reporting
Daily checking on projects and status
Following up with clients if they have items due to us in order to work on project
Following up with team members for task execution and making sure that tasks are being worked on and completed by due date
Coordinating project needs with client & team
Troubleshooting as issues arise and directing items to the correct team members
Maintaining an error log of issues & client concerns
Effective task delegation according to team member knowledge and Upgrade to see actual infoput and organizing tasks based on meeting notes.
Processing web hosting and domain renewals, sending reminders to clients and tracking down payments
Helping create and modify internal documentation and processes to make projects work more efficiently and effectively
Keeping clients happy with our services and responsiveness
This person is responsible for anticipating clients’ needs and offering to fulfill them with additional products and services.

Results Expected
As an Assistant Project Manager, you are supporting the Project Manager. Transparency is critical and therefore, you must understand the inner-workings of everything we do so you can keep things running smoothly.
Each project and step is executed on time, or adjusted to account for delays
Client is always aware and in communication with the team of project status and what items are being worked on
Client concerns are communicated to the team - error log is updated
Internal team is aware of their roles and tasks, status updates, and how they relate to each other
Completion and delivery of project status reports on a weekly basis for each client
Tasks are delegated in a clear and concise manner
Tasks are free of errors and reviewed in detail before sending to manager or client for feedback
Communication with client and team members is clear, effective, professional, transparent, and concise.

Requirements - About You
To be successful in this position, you must be skilled in managing resources (both human and material), schedules, your own time, team members, clients, and vendors. If you obsess about completeness and accuracy, and love problem solving, this might be the job for you!

Ready to increase time with Flourish Online as our company grows
Ability to attend a weekly meeting (time and day TBD)
Advanced computer and internet skills
Understanding of online marketing terminology and basic strategies
Basic Knowledge of web development and graphic design process
Knowledge of WordPress Content Management System (willing to train)
Knowledge of email automation programs such as: ActiveCampaign, MailChimp, Infusionsoft, Ontraport, and Drip
Knowledge or willing to learn full digital marketing stack such as: LeadPages, ClickFunnels, FB Ads, Zapier, ManyChat, Chatfurl, Webinar software, screen sharing, Basecamp, payment processing, social media scheduling, etc.
Knowledge of Xero (will train)
Social media management skills
Experience in Project Management in an online environment helpful
