We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills with a very friendly and upbeat personality, This position will entail calling homeowners to see if they are interested in selling their Upgrade to see actual infoll Tools system and Podio will be provided to dial out numbers. Must be able to call 100+ numbers per hour using Call Tools. Scripts will be provided with Training. You will be responsible for asking them a few questions and documenting the information in our CRM ( Podio) and Reporting back to me with the updated information. Video modules will be provided on how to do this, MUST be Fluent a Fluent English Speaker and looking for someone Full time: This is not a typical "CALL CENTER" JOB where you will be having robotic-like conversations with people. We Encourage friendly conversation over the phone using a very friendly voice and tone while prospecting.
