Are you looking for a part-time job where you can work with a successful company from your home?

We are looking for a motivated self-starter to join our growing real estate investment business as an Appointment Setter. You will get to WORK FROM HOME making and receiving calls from homeowners interested in selling their properties to us.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, energetic, superb social skills, and reliable. You will be responsible for calling prospective homeowners over the Upgrade to see actual infondidate will track progress and report their progress to the team on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities/ Daily Tasks:

• Prospect and contact potential leads over the phone.
• Building relationships with potential clients.
• Set up appointments and relay information to the team.
• Maintain accurate notes and activity log.
• Report progress to the team on a weekly basis.


Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills is a must.
• Previous experience in cold calling, sales, customer service, or other related fields.
• Experience in real estate is a plus, but not required.
• A hungry attitude and a high level of perseverance.
• Motivated to work hard. Bonus given after every 3 deals!
• Naturally Happy and Upbeat Disposition.
• Ability to Speak Multiple Homeowners Every day.
• Strong Phone Presence and Voice.
• Basic Writing and Computer Skills
• Interest in Learning More About Real Estate Investing
• Home Office with No Distractions and No Background Noise
• NO LICENSE NEEDED.
