Sobhy Coaching is an athletic and life coaching company focused on helping teenagers achieve athletic, academic, and leadership excellence to get on the path of success at a young age.
La Vista Capital Advisors is a real estate brokerage firm, sourcing debt and equity financing for various clients across the country.

Personal Assistant to Omar Sobhy - Job Description


Field Incoming Emails -
OKS will cc you on emails for you to share relevant info, schedule calls and meetings,
Perform online research
OKS will give you specific tasks to perform research on with specific deliverables
Complete online purchases
OKS to provide instructions on what specifically to purchase
Update and Manage CRM
Make sure all email outreaches weekly are added to CRM - update email and phone accordingly into CRM and mark required contact info accordingly.
When updating CRM weekly, upload weekly CRM into mailchimp for Sobhy Squash Academy, Sobhy Coaching, and La Vista Capital Advisors
Complete bookkeeping and billing
Bill SSA clients monthly with invoice template
Once a month complete quickbooks bookkeeping for sobhy squash academy, sobhy coaching, and LVCA
Complete monthly income and expense reports/P&L’s for each business
Complete meadow mill billing for sobhy squash academy based on calendar bookings. Submit to OKS
Document operating manuals and protocols
Document specific tasks above step by step in order for new hires to be able to understand and execute tasks easily


Your role includes administrative tasks and responsibilities including: (1) fielding emails, (2) scheduling, (3) corresponding with clients and contractors to coordinate logistics, (4) updating CRM, (5) bookkeeping, and (6) documenting operational manuals.

Our clients have different niches, which means that you will be working on different types of content - primarily focusing on: (1) commercial real estate, (2) squash coaching, (3) life coaching and personal growth.

You are expected to represent the company in a professional way when dealing with clients. Your responsiveness is essential and we want you to take pride in your work.

If you are the type of person who always needs supervision, then this job is not for you. We are looking for someone who has initiative, experience, and the desire to improve themselves for the better and in turn will help change others lives.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Research Skills required
Available for 15-20 Hours a Week (we might have more work for you some weeks so if you can handle more work, we welcome it)
Stable internet connection
Quick learner
Must be a proactive self starter and must enjoy working remotely with minimal supervision
Experience with Google Suite
Experience with Microsoft Suite
Experience with Wix
Experience with Mailchimp
Experience with copywriting, email, blog, and caption composition
Basic SEO Knowledge (For Content Writing)
Experience in Google and Microsoft Suite
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once yet complete tasks w/ laser-like focus
Must be a proactive problem-solver who finds the solutions themselves rather than waiting for someone to solve it for them
Strong attention to detail and superb time management skills
Your monthly pay is to be discussed, but the rate will be based on your experience and contribution to the company.
We will use a time tracker to make sure that tasks are properly done as we are continuously building and improving our business systems.
