Graphic Designer

My company oversees a multitude of startups. We're looking for someone who can help with the following:

• Create Graphics/Illustrations for Social Media posts/banners
• Create Illustrations, Graphics and Icons for Website and App Usage
• Create Illustrations, Graphics and Icons for Pitch Decks and Presentations

MUST HAVE:

• A good, friendly and can-do attitude
• Is willing to push back with creative ideas in pursuit of the higher goal (feel confident to feedback to the boss if they believe his ideas suck!)
• Likes people and is easy to work and can communicate well
• Can follow a brief and meet deadlines that are agreed to
• Takes huge pride in their work/content. Will only sign off work of which they are proud, and not just churn out material for the sake of deadlines/cash, etc.
• Must be adaptable, flexible with a range of creative approaches and not be a one-trick pony
