Website Developer/Webmaster

Need a web developer to develop a classifieds type of website with a database backend. Need to be able to create graphics, logos, etc. Will need to develop the website, maintain, and make enhancements as needed. Data entry and the upkeep of the website will be Upgrade to see actual infoO skills would be nice as well. This could turn into a full-time, long-term position for the right person.
