Real estate investing cold caller

Hello I’m looking for an experienced cold caller with many years of experience and also great English. Daily duties would be calling leads I provide to qualify them, we will need to train you extensively because the leads are part of probate and we are dealing with deceased people and you also would need to have a lot of empathy and not just be a typical caller. You will be a representation of me and I need someone with empathy, experience and great English. We are here to help these people through tough times and hopefully get a great deal for the property.
