URGENT HIRING! LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST/ TELEMARKETER | 3-5 Years Experience |Ability to work independently with Strong Sales Skills.

Position: Client Account Specialist (probationary for 1-2 months) will be promoted to Client Account manager if proven to be deserving.

Offer: $5/Hour (Client Account Specialist) + Commision
$6.50/Hour (client Account Manager) + Commision

Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for growing new business. They are able to strategize and implement tactics that attract new clients. They reach out to potential clients and engage them through powerful content and marketing collateral.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Lead & Sales Management:
- Conduct thorough database research, queries and list generations to build a pipeline of leads for the business.
- Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities.
- Assess and analyze a prospects current process and requirements;
- Provide engaging and articulate information about 360VMA's value proposition to potential clients.
- Solid understanding of demand generation program creation, execution, measurement, analysis and reporting (Track all results and create a clear reporting system for management).
- Confidently participate in the preparation of proposals and the presentation of professional product demonstrations, via webinars or face to face meetings.
- Meet personal targets and work towards 360VMA's sales goals and profitability.
- Update and manage the social media platform of 360VMA.
- Enforces set policies and performs task as may be delegated from time to time.
2. Communication:
- Demonstrates ability to interact professionally with potential clients via phone, email, video conferencing, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship.
- Provide accurate and timely information as required.
- Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn, Twitter.
- Address any questions or issues customers may have
- Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities.
- Ensure service is prompt, polite and professional standards are kept.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures culture and business ethics.
3. Product Knowledge:
- Develop a strong knowledge of 360VMA's services in order to facilitate the sales process.
- Understand how the benefits of 360VMA services can meet client’s needs in various business verticals.

Required Experience:
- 2-3 years’ proven experience in prospecting and lead generation and 1-2 years’
experience in sales management
- Experience of B-to-B sales, preferably in the medical field and has the ability to develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
Good English communication skills both speaking and writing
Reliable and has no attendance issues
At least 50-60wpm typing speed
At least 20 Mbps internet speed (DSL/Fiber only), LTE connection not accepted
At least intel Core i3 6th Gen processor and >4GB RAM
Noise-canceling headset, webcam and a pleasant neutral background


Compensation / Benefits:
- Position is WORK FROM HOME
- Full Time role: $-5.00 - $6.50/hour; 5 days / week
- Plus commission $$
- Bi-Weekly Payout
