Virtual Assistant / Customer Success Superstar

I'm looking for a very lucky person who will get to work with me, the company founder, to help us grow our company.

Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer support requests, improve customer success materials like documentation, and create video tutorials. So excellent English writing and speaking skills are a must!

In addition you'll have some virtual assistant responsibilities such as implementing some of the marketing work like setting up emails to go out, setting up tracking codes and reviewing analytics.

Must be able to work with some overlap with -800 Pacific Time Zone, let me know what times you would be available.

Must reliable fast Internet and power.
