JOB OVERVIEW

I need someone who is incredibly organized, speaks very good English, and has great writing skills to help me with week-to-week and day-to-day assignments.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management
• This includes staying up to speed on my day-to-day Trello board to assure maximum effectiveness and efficiency in my day. My Trello board will include my own life and which tasks I can continually delegate out to you (I am hoping you can give feedback on how you may do each of these). **State your experience with Trello and how many boards you have managed**

Copywriting
• Draft personal and work-related emails while also managing a database of all my templated emails for setting appointments, following up with clients, improving vendor relations, seeking out new mentors, booking reservations, requesting refunds/official complaints, etc.
• 30 % of this job will require you to type in Professional English
• Creating and sending out greeting cards, invitations, newsletters, and thank you notes

Online Research and Creating Memos from Online Readings
• This includes debriefing articles and researching certain topics including Finances, Real Estate, Personal Growth, (Fitness), and Entrepreneurship. I will require an in-depth analysis, reports, or presentations on these topics.

Event Planning
• Plan meetings, conferences, and even parties. *Highlight the times you have run a project or event.*
• Organize calendar and plan for time-sensitive deadlines while also accounting for necessary tasks that are not urgent

Miscellaneous
• Able to perform generic errands for the office, including buying items online, hiring a cleaning service, all while finding the best deal (i.e. using online tools like honey, Groupon, retailmenot)
• Searching for hotels, booking airfares, and mapping out trip itineraries for business
• Providing suggestions and recommendations when I am not meeting monthly, quarterly and annual goals

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

SOFTWARE SKILLS
TRELLO (Must be an expert)
Certified in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Include any software that can set you apart from the competition

REQUIRED SKILLS
Word Processing Skills
• it’s not only about writing and/or typing 80-100 words per minute but also ensuring that the work is 100?curate. You must be proficient in the English Language enough to be comfortable sending an email with minimal grammatical and punctuation errors.

Oral Communication
• One must be able to communicate effectively with me both verbally and through writing. If you think you are sluggish in your writing skills, I think a different VA position would suit Upgrade to see actual infolf Motivation and Discipline
• Across all VA tasks, motivation and discipline is absolutely essential. Getting out of bed on time and getting oneself ready for work should be a discipline. Sometimes, there are non-work-related matters that distract you while working on tasks which then results in me getting frustrated and reminding about deadlines – this should ultimately be avoided.

Quick Thinking
• The capability to think and make the right decisions promptly is vital especially in times when I leave a specific VA task and would not be around to answer questions or Upgrade to see actual info such instances, explore and dig up from available resources for possible solutions rather than waiting for me to respond.
