Hi! We're looking for an organized and reliable Sales Coordinator VA to add to our team.
We need the VA to host weekly sales huddles with the sales team and ensure that their numbers are inputted into their sales tracking sheet every week.
The VA should have experience with Google Sheets and Zoom.
Also, the VA needs to be comfortable speaking English and being on camera talking to the sales team on their own.
Account management experience is preferred (not required).
The VA should also be able to do research on their own if needed.
Required days to work would be Thursday and Friday, Eastern Timezone. 3 hours a week (1.5 hours a day).
But we would also like the VA to be able to grow with the team if they are a good fit. So 2 days a week could grow into a full-time position with more responsibilities and a pay increase.
The rate is $5/hour (to start).
