Virtual Assistant

Seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant. We are looking for someone who is kind, a team player, open to feedback, quick to complete tasks and follows through with consistent work.

Must have a solid command of the English language and good typing skills. Must be proficient in the following social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube and Canva. Knowledge in the following programs would be helpful: Dropbox, GoogleDrive, Google Calendar, Powerpoint, Zoom, Kajabi and Groove.

We are looking for someone available part time and with flexible hours. The position will start at 20 hours a week. We are based in California and typically work from 9:30 - 5 pm Pacific Time Monday through Friday. We would need to overlap time zones during each daily Upgrade to see actual info is mandatory that you use 1Password on all devices and account pertaining to our company.
