Customer Support

We are looking to hire someone full time for our Shopify store to handle customer support and to help post social media content.

Requirements (Must have):
-Able to work 5am to 1pm Philippines Standard Time
-Have great command in English (grammatical and comprehension)
-Experience using Shopify
-Experience on a support software like Freshdesk/Zendesk
-Some experience using social media tools to post and schedule content
-Some experience using canva is preferrable

Responsibilities:
-Emails
-Live Chat
-Facebook ads and comments moderation
-Phone calls
-Social media post
