The magazine expects a high standard of work, so the ideal candidate should be able to grow and flourish in the fast-moving environment of the magazine embracing change with a “can do” attitude.

• Customer support (Freshdesk and Social Media)

Email software such as ActiveCampaign or MailChimp
• Image formatting for web
• Basic HTML
• Asana/Basecamp ( or equivalent project management tool)
• Autism or special needs related knowledge

Qualifications and other requirements:

• Have own personal home workspace
• college degree is a plus
• 1-2 years work experience as a VA or office based worker is a plus
• Strong internet connection
• Adequate computer hardware and software to work online

Shift pattern:
This is a full time role. There is a requirement for some overlap with UK business time. The candidate MUST be able to work weekends as part of a shift rotation. This will be one or two 3 hour shifts per month on either Saturday or Sunday.
