Facebook Ad manager for Shopify Stores

We will have a lot of shopify stores and run marketing campaigns including Facebook ads to sell the products. We are hiring a person to be charge for Facebook ad management using resources and support from our team.
We expect the candidates to be:
1. Expert in Facebook advertising
- Expect candidates who have success for running facebook ads in the past.
2. Expert in Ad campaign design, including campaign set up and ad creatives creation
- We expect candidates to be extremely good at selling products. We have people to create graphical content for candidates to create the ad Upgrade to see actual info's even better if the candidate is also good at graphics design, but ad management and ad design skills is the main consideration.
