A top-rated Los Angeles Wedding Photography Company is looking for an enthusiastic Manager. Perfect written and spoken English, ability to work during PST time zone work hours, friendliness, pleasant personality, and attention to detail are a must. The job will start as part-time with the possibility to move to full-time. Requirements are:

- Experience in working remotely
- Reliable internet
- Ability to speak with clients on the phone and facetime
- Interest in weddings & photography
- Positive attitude
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Computer savvy (preferred CRM knowledge)
- Empathetic and able to relate to clients
- Fast learner

Tasks will include, but are not limited to:

- Responding to emails and calls
- Conducting online meetings with potential clients
- Giving package quotes
- Following up with potential clients
- Keeping track of scheduling
- Preparing and sending out call sheets to photographers
- Troubleshooting
- Designing albums (with the help of special software)
- Miscellaneous duties
