Video Editor NEEDED! Part Time! Experience required

I am looking for an experienced video editor who can do some simple and clean edits to my existing videos.
I’m looking for someone who can be fast, effective and have has previous experience!
You MUST be able to REMOVE BACKGROUND NOISE and ECHO, add music, text, and make the video look professional.
