POSITION OVERVIEW:

Reporting to the CEO | Co-Founder, the Graphic Designer will focus on developing, managing, and executing design projects and tasks in support of sales & marketing programs & activities. Our Graphic Designers will use two or three-dimensional art to create visual concepts. They will design logos and layout designs for print and electronic media including websites, social media, magazines, brochures, user interfaces, product presentations, reports, and advertisements. They will work with other professionals to incorporate typesetting, illustration, photography, and even programming, to ensure product display as intended. A great Graphic Designer will understand how to communicate brands visually and effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Translate our business or client needs and branding strategies into design strategies
• Designing visual concepts using graphic design tools including design software
• Selecting colors, fonts, photographs, layouts, and other design elements to communicate creative concepts
• Collaborating with front end developers, marketing managers, content, and other professionals to create media
• Articulating and pitching design concepts to clients, art directors, and others
• Execute and streamline operational & marketing activities of teaUpgrade to see actual infombers through automation, marketing operations management analysis, and ROI reporting
• Develop key processes to the support implementation of creative projects. Write and create procedures for our design projects.
• Provide management view into process changes/automation resulting in increased measurable results
• Work with sales and marketing team to scope and build new applications and processes to increase lead flow to sales
• Support the sales and marketing calendar, planning and execution, including day to day execution of all activities

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Familiar with HTML, but not a master
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Experience with computer-aided design.
• Ability to professionally interact with all levels of an organization and management of teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
• Excellent presentation, communication, and writing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems or business situations.
