Data Miner/Scraper

I'm looking for someone that can scrape data from classified sites as well as property sites UK based like RIghtmove and Zoopla. Then use the data to merge with my mailing software to send postcards and letters. Other data scraping lead generation techniques would be advantageous and idea for us to grow my lead generation too.
