WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: We're seeking an experienced HR professional to manage our organization. We're searching for someone who thrives on self-development and on being productive and always trying to find more ways to add value. An applicant who wants to plant roots and help grow our company and employees to their full potential over the next 5 to 10 years.

Responsibilities:
• Find, interview, hire, and onboard experienced and talented employees
• Communicate with new hires before their start date to provide necessary information (e.g. work schedules and contract details)
• Organize orientation programs (first day, first week, first month and first quarter).
• Co-develop and maintain a comprehensive training program for employees
•Create and implement company-wide policies
• Enhance and update our employee handbook from time to time
• Process employment paperwork
• Add new employees' information to company’s HR systems
• Utilizing company software to monitor employees work hours
• Schedule and oversee training sessions
• Act as a consultant to new employees
• Introduce new hires to current employees
• Assist existing employees when they move to a new department, position or promotion.
• Monitor new hire turnover and retention rates
• Communicate from time to time with employees about issues or company policies
• Gather candidate experience feedback from new hires
• Co-create compensation systems that both attracts talent and takes available cash flow into consideration
• Meeting with employees to renew or cancel employment contracts
• Ensure the morale of existing employees by designing programs and benefits plans that keep employees happy, motivated, and productive

Requirements:
• Hours:
o Philippines / PHT: Tue-Sat: 3:00am - 9:30am
o Philippines / PHT: Sunday: 3:00am - 7:30am
o U.S.A / PST: Mon-Fri: 12:00pm - 6:30pm,
o U.S.A / PST: Sat: 12:00pm - 4:30pm
o 34 work hours per week, plus an additional 30-minute break allocated each day. This break can be taken either in the middle of the shift or at the end which would allow you to clock out 30 minutes early
•2+ years of experience in an HR management position
• Proven work experience as an HR and Onboarding Manager
• Proven work experience as a Coach/Trainer
• Experience with developing and maintaining employee training programs
• Excellent oral and written English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong writing and record-keeping, and experience with reports and training manuals
• Good computer and database skills
• Familiarity with employment paperwork, including terms of agreement and confidentiality agreements
• Ability to plan, multi-task and self-manage time effectively
• Confidentiality and work ethics
• Personal computer to be used for work, with a reliable internet connection and in case of loss of power or internet, a back-up plan or location that provides power and internet connection within 30 minutes of an outage
• Modem and router
• USB Headset

Compensation: Our goal is for you to grow alongside the company, with your salary growing as we grow. With that in mind, starting salary will begin at $400/mo, Php 19,500/mo - paid bi-weekly for a 3-month probationary period. Beginning the fourth month, that amount will be increased to $500/mo, Php 24,500 - paid bi-weekly, with additional salary advancement and bonuses available as we grow. All banking fees will be paid by us, payment made via direct deposit.
