Python Cluster Algorithm Expert

Seeking an expert in python clustering algorithms to support a project where we have a number of different data inputs about marketing spend (facebook spend, adwords etc.), customer data with state | zip | DMA etc, average order values and order counts, and DMA data provided by the census.

This is all built in a python script where all data can be uploaded. The key now is to take that data and identify trends (or clusters). Upon research, familiarity with the K-Means Clustering Algorithm appears to be the most accurate however there are a number ways to pull this.

We have a developer in house to help support this initiative as well as two data scientists but need someone specifically familiar with clustering. Here are two articles that detail the general approach for how we would evaluate the data set. You would be working directly with this team.
