Customer Service For E-commerce

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Good communication and relationship management skills
• 1 Year Experience in Telemarketing
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Previous Sales experience is a plus but not required
• Passion for helping people
• Must have at least 1 year experience in HelpScout / Zendesk / Gorgias
• Able to work under pressure and deal with tight deadlines and under minimal supervision
• Experience working w/ Comcast or spectrum
• No other job (part time or freelance)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Owns a laptop/desktop with at least 4GB RAM and i3 processor (dual monitor)
• Speed-test result of not less than 10 mbps
• Headset with noise cancellation feature
• Skype account

**Work hours is from 8pm to 6am**
