Floraly is a fast-growing online floral gifting company located in Sydney, Australia. We are revolutionising the way people send flowers in Australia by only sourcing our blooms after an order is placed and then sending them through the post in our beautiful gift box. This means customers receive longer-lasting, fresher flowers at a better price. We have a strong focus on sustainability and donate 1% of revenue to local charities, and we are also carbon neutral. We are looking for a friendly, creative and hard-working person to join our growing team. This is a full-time position with lots of potential for growth and development. We are seeking someone to help us primarily with the following tasks:
• Customer service (email and chat Upgrade to see actual info phone)
Email marketing
• Blog articles
• Social media content (Instagram, Facebook)
• Ad hoc requests as required

• Excellent written English
• Excellent verbal English
• Good at problem-solving and able to make decisions independently
• Sound understanding of Microsoft Excel and other Office programs
• Some proficiency with design tools such as Canva

Consideration
• You will be paid $800 USD per month + 13th month.
• $500 AUD per year reimbursement for dental & medical upon submission of receipts.
• Accumulated 10 days annual leave (request made 2 months in advance)
• 10 days sick leave (require doctor certificate)
• Follow Australian public holidays
• Work from 9am to 5:30pm AEST
