JOB OVERVIEW

Role Definition:
Provide support to the CEO to perform, coordinate and oversee operational/administrative duties to enable the CEO to work more efficiently & effectively towards reaching the organization's growth goals

Responsibility Deliverable:
Managing CEO Social Media & Business page
Managing Facebook ad accounts & Customer metrics
Managing Customer Support

Tasks & Activities:
Managing CEO Social Medial & Business Page
-post results & testimonials
-comment & reply to post

Managing FB ad account & Metrics
-fill out client tracker daily
-manage all the ad accounts
-update daily facebook ad metrics on google sheet
-notify operations manager if metrics outside of KPI (report to CEO on poor performing ads campaigns)

Managing customer support
-send onboarding materials to new clients
-ask for referrals
-proactive outreach to every client for schedule calls or check-ins

Measurement Metrics & Competencies
Skills
-navigates social media platforms and apps including CRM & business manager with little support
-fluent English speaker. **REQUIRED**
-ability to learn multiple platforms
-google calendar & sheet proficient
-prior experience on Facebook ad manager & Facebook ads is a **HUGE PLUS**
