JOB OVERVIEW

We are a small but growing NJ based family owned and operated moving company. We are currently looking for a professional, experienced, Moving Consultant/Administrative Assistant, preferably with a background in sales, (must speak English fluently), to join our amazing team! We are looking for an all star player, one that is highly motivated and looking to provide value to our already 5 Star Team.

Job Description:
You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and will be responsible for determining how to best service them. You are an essential support specialist that would be expected to provide a top-notch customer service experience by quickly and efficiently servicing the client. You will serve as the link between our clients, the management and our team, helping to ensure the best possible customer experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
•You will be responsible for answering and managing the inflow of phone calls from our new, current and returning customers
•You will need to understand the various functions of departments to determine who would best service the client’s needs and
route them as necessary
•You will serve as the initial point of contact for clients who have requested moving quotes from us over the phone or through
our website and other online platforms, and be responsible to enter the information shared, the move details, their inventory,

•Once able, you will then share (sell) the value of our services and be able to provide them with a moving quote/estimate, and
on jobs booked, you will earn bonuses and rewards.
•Monitor/follow-up on a daily basis and track results
•Monitor our reviews process - requesting, tracking and reporting
•Maintain a move calendar/schedule
•Learn and maintain our company policies, procedures, CRM software, and processes
•Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
•Speak and write fluently in English
•2+ years of administrative/virtual office experience
•Background in sales a HUGE plus
•High attention to detail
•Excellent organizational and time management skills
•Familiar with social media posting/monitoring a definite plus
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Proficiency in MS Office and Google applications
•Familiarity with CRM platforms and/or the ability to learn new technologies and software
•Ability to build rapport with clients (again, a sales background would be amazing)
•Personable, friendly, positive and upbeat phone communication skills a MUST!
