Outbound Sales Caller / Appointment Setter

Looking for a great communicator to make outbound phone calls and schedule appointments.

Real Estate Experience is a plus but NOT necessary.

BPO experience is a plus but again not necessary.

Speaking English well is a huge plus but again not necessary.

The ability to connect with people and quickly get them to connect with you IS absolutely necessary.


JOB Details-

Call real estate owners who tried selling their home with some other real estate agent and schedule an appointment with one of OUR specialized listing/selling agents.

The phone numbers are given to you each morning to power dial with.

Make 80-200 phone calls each hour using a Tripple Line Phone Dialer (called MOJO).

Many people won’t pick up the phone so dialing each number by hand would take forever.

The triple dialer has a small learning curve but makes your job a lot easier.

We give you access to the triple line phone dialer software.

Then you follow a simple script, handle any objections (there are only 6 common ones that you will learn how to handle ahead of time) and then schedule an appointment for one of our specialists to visit the home (or instead conduct a virtual appointment- Due to Covid).

That’s it. Just make phone calls and set appointments.

This is a graveyard shift.

Hours start at 8am Eastern Standard Time (EST) and finish at 5pm EST (with one hour for lunch break) Monday-Friday. OR hours could possible be 8am-12am EST Sunday thru Saturday. Whatever works best for you!

Please don’t apply if you can’t work the last two days and the first two days of every month. These are the busiest days of the month for our clients and where the most appointments are created. If a Philippine holiday falls on one of those days a prorated 200% holiday pay will be paid on those days in particular. Those days in 2020 appear to be PH Labor Day, Heroes Day, All Saints Day, All Souls Day, Rizal, New’s Year Eve, and New Years Day. Maybe we can figure out some reduced and/or different hours for New’s Year Eve/Day?!?!? I am not an expert on PH holidays so let me know if this is right or wrong?

Pay starts at $400us per month. If you are doing a great job your pay can increase to $500us a month.

Paid Time Off Includes 6 Paid Vacation Days, 6 Paid Sick Days, and about 10 Paid Upgrade to see actual infot all US employers understand what a 13th month is but I sort of understand it but more importantly to you is I pay Upgrade to see actual infow teach me how to get our clients to pay me a 13th month. Lol

I haven't been on a vacation in forever but oddly I am taking one soon. As a result, my response times (and the time difference) are going to make my responses to all inquiries a little bit slow. I hope to have someone hired by August (updated) 26th.
