Sr. Software Developer (SAP Integration, Integromat, C#, Agile, Java)

We are looking for a Senior Developer for leading automation, well-experienced in SAP Integrations and Integromat, and of processes including streamlining of operations, Creating measurable goals for our different teams, and enabling a smarter, faster business in general.

This job is for a very smart, very tech-savvy, efficiency & productivity-oriented individual.

Job may include:

Learning different aspects of the business, learning the tools that we’re using, thinking about how to make the operation smarter, and implementing the operation.

Following up with the different teams until the new process is learned, automated,optimized and implemented.

Must Requirements:

1. 5 years of software development experience, who understands webhooks automations.
2. Technical Skills Needed: Agile, Java, C# and Integromat
3. Write and optimize automation
4. Five (5) years of Team Lead experience
5. Very strong brainpower (technical forms might be allowed)
6. Work is not heavy in coding but in automating processes with Integromat
7. Lean startup understanding
8. Six Sigma Certification

Good to have:

1. Knowledgeable with the following software suits:
2. Microsoft suite
3. Google suite
4. Slack
5. Monday
6. Software engineering skills, scripting skills
7. Abilities to play with API, connect webhooks etc.

Working remote - How does it work?

We are working with hub staff in order to calculate hours. We give an offer for a job of 8 hours a day, 173 hours a month. Time is NET (when you’re taking breaks, you’re signing off the system). We suggest you take at least an hour during your workday. We don’t micromanage your breaks though – do whatever you want.

You should be OK with working with Hubstaff – we’re using it across the board for every employee that is not a C Level Executive. We don’t have any flexibility in this matter, unfortunately.
