We're looking for long-term, ongoing cooperation. The first days/weeks are dedicated to training.
You will:
1. Interact with customers on live chats - before and after the purchase
2. Take incoming calls - from existing customers, and from those who are planning to buy
3. Handle all
4. Help people make the best purchase decision of their life
5. Reach out to people who had issues checking out on our website
6. Give customers discounts & prepare quotes
7. Build trust with people who interact with our online store
8. Solve customers' problems after the purchase
9. Processes cancelations, refunds, & returns
11. Update customers about the status of their orders
Choose your schedule! We offer you 2 options:
8 AM - 4 PM US Eastern Time, 5 days a week (+optional fully paid 6th day)
4 PM - 12 AM US Eastern Time, 5 days a week (+optional fully paid 6th day)
What you need:
- Excellent spoken English & confidence in speaking on the phone
- Empathy, patience, positive attitude, and constant smile :) - customers can feel that!
- Strong internet connection - we don't want this to slow you down. 20+ Mbps (
- Can-do mindset, sense of ownership, and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
- 100% Availability during the schedule of your choice
- 1 year of customer support or sales experience
