Our main Objective: We are looking for a Social media and digital admin that knows how to build and administer paid marketing campaigns, SEO on FB, YouTube, Instagram and similar platforms. The perfect candidate will also know how to work with Microsoft suite, Adobe, Photoshop and have the ability to create marketing pieces for our team.
Coordinating, creating, and uploading marketing of our listings across various Real Estate marketing and social media
1-4 Years Job-Related Experienced Required; Real-Estate Marketing and Social Media Marketing experience a plus
Work Location: Fully Remote
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Utilize all forms of social media to promote the business
- Use the listing data and research available local data, to create marketing Advertisements (online and in-print mailings/postcards)
- Design graphics and other media content to celebrate events and accomplishments within the real estate world, such as: Just Listed, Just Sold, Coming Soon, Congratulations to our Buyers.., Announcing new listings, SOLD in 2 days! Weekly Market Updates, Monthly Newsletters, etc. (< Graphics like that)
- Including but not limited to: Social Media Graphics, Marketing Flyers, Email Newsletters, and other methods to increase our team’s online presence
This candidate will:
- Develop marketing strategies for our Team
- Manage branding and look for potential growth
- Recognize issues and alert the team when appropriate
- Develop concepts for advertising, branding and marketing
You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have an overall people-pleasing demeanor
JOB DESCRIPTION:
* SOCIAL MEDIA - Manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other social channels.
* FACEBOOK - Create content, ads, daily posts, interface with comments, build and execute campaigns to help expand our brand, in addition to reviewing and analyzing ad performance and results.
* VIDEO - Light video shooting, editing and potential to work with more complex projects
* WEBSITE - Maintain, create blogs, campaigns / etc. on our website
* CLIENT TOUCHES - Make calls to clients as directed (invites to client parties, etc.). Send thank you notes/gifts
* EVENTS - Plan, manage and implement events and meetings including open houses and listing launches
* ADMIN ASSIST – Additional miscellaneous administrative work
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Social Media Expert
• Passion for content and content creation
• Excellent Communication Skills and ability to write well!
• Familiarity with basic video editing (doesn’t have to be too advanced)
• Tech-savvy
• Familiarity with CRM systems and managing a database
• Willingness to be versatile in role
