The candidate must be familiar with all aspects of running an ecommerce business within Amazon’s strict guidelines and will be managing our order processing, customer service, product listings, FBA inbound, account health, product research, reporting, and our general day to day operations.

Ecommerce Sales and Marketing,
The candidate must:
- Have at least two year of experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Be detail oriented and meticulous when it comes to fulfillment
- Analyze various reports related to sales, profitability, and inventory
- Conducting product research and communicate with vendors
- Create sales and marketing plans to continue growing the business
Amazon Seller Central Account Management
- Manage product listing errors and FBA inbound errors
- Audit shipping discrepancies
- Maintain account health
- Open and track account health related cases
Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Manage customer expectations when deliveries can't be made within the desired time frame
