Virtual Assistance / Customer Service Representitive

Hello!

This is a posting for a virtual assistant for our young e-commerce brand, primarily dealing with customer service, but also in social media, product development etc

Typical Roles Include:
- Emails with customers & customer service. (Main Role)
- Ensuring fulfilment/address Issues are resolved.
- Responding to social media messages and comments.
- Creating content for social media.
- Interacting on social media.

The ideal candidate will:
- Enjoy providing awesome customer service.
- Be professional and have high standards
- Communicate effectively with management.
- Stick to high Upgrade to see actual infosential:
- The ideal candidate MUST be proficient in written English
- The ideal candidate MUST be familiar with basic IT – Excel, social media etc.

This will be a fun, flexible role working with a young brand based in the UK. We hope that this would develop into a more full time role as the brand grows.
