WHO ARE WE AND WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are a fast growing T-Shirt company from Germany and need a graphic designer for our team for our high quality designs as we already have a designer for the easier, text-based designs. So please apply only if you are able to make unique, hand-drawn designs in your own style.

To be honest, we are not yet sure if high quality designs sell better than low quality designs but we want to give it a try as this is much more fun to produce and sell, right? So we try it in a test phase of 3 Month and around 80-100 designs.

After these 3 months we will check the results on the market and decide whether we will offer you a full-time job with all benefits (gratifications and profit shares).

HOW IT WORKS:
Of course we will tell you detailed what we imagine in written order, but also in pics and scribbles. We like to work with Trello and Zoom to communicate and share information. Files are getting shared via dropbox.

PAYMENT:

We are willing to offer you 7.5 US$ per design, 6 designs per week for these first 3 month.
All designs must be in AI or PSD format. You also deliver us transparent png files and mockups. Your designs must be 100% unique and created by yourself.

ATTENTION: we had already several requests from scamers who said they can work in that style we need, but they couldnt. They also tried to sell us copyrighted Designs from others. Don’t lie and don’t cheat. I can find almost every copy with the help of Google Image Search or TinyEye. Dont waste your and our Upgrade to see actual infoaud is being prosecuted by us.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO:
Just contact us when you can create high quality designs.
Before we will hire you, you need to create a design for us to proof your skills. You must also prove your identity. Furthermore, you must confirm to us that all copyrights from your designs are transferred to us and that you do not violate any Copyrights while creating designs

Provide us with examples of your past work or share a link to your portfolio (a portfolio is better!). If you are selected for the 2nd stage of the process, you will be asked to create 2-4 test designs within 48 hours. Don’t worry, you will be paid [US$ 7.5 per design] for this.
