Cold Caller for Real Estate Investing

I'm looking for someone who's fluent in English to make cold calls directed at targeted, niche property data for lead generation.

Our company is a real estate investment company based out of CA, USA. We target distressed homeowners & purchase their properties directly as investments. Prior real estate knowledge is preferred, but not required. The ability to adapt & learn more about real estate + investing is a necessity (be coachable).

You will be provided with Call Tools, a multi-dialer calling platform for cold calls, as well as call scripts, training, etc. We also operate & frequently use the following systems & platforms, which can easily be learned, but prior knowledge is more desirable to any that apply:
- Podio (CRM tool)
- Google Drive (mainly Google Sheets)
- Slack (communication)
- Hubstaff (management, tasks, invoices)
- Batch Lead Stacker (data ski-tracking & texting)
- Propstream and/or Property Radar (property analysis)
- Call Rail (online phone #'s & tracking)

Payments can be split to your liking (weekly, bimonthly, monthly, etc.).
