As an Executive Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, project management, and employee oversight activities. You will work directly with the owner to help take over vital responsibilities and help to run operations. This position will include answering emails, scheduling meetings, tracking employee and company KPIs and overall performance, and helping to meet project deadlines. For this role, a reliable internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Slack & Google Meet.

The salary is negotiable.

You will work closely with the owner to help with his tasks and responsibilities. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Responsibilities
- Respond to emails and phone calls
- Schedule meetings
- Manage a contact list
- Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
- Organize owners’ calendars
- Perform market research
- Create presentations, as assigned
- Address employees administrative queries
- Provide exceptional customer service to the owner's networks and employees.

Requirements
- Proficient in Writing and Speaking English
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Manager or relevant role
- Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., Google Docs, Microsoft Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
- Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Solid organizational skills
- Bachelors Degree in Business Management
