Kajabi / Retargeting / Marketing VA

Job Role/Tasks:

-Kajabi – Add Pages. Products and content – MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS IS AN IMMEDIATE START ON THIS.
-Re-targeting for cold leads
-Re-targeting for warm leads
-Google adwords, Facebook Upgrade to see actual info,
-Measuring and analysing the re-targeting
-Email automation to nurture and convert leads
-ClickFunnels and Funnel Building experience
-Social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram)
-Graphic design

The ideal candidate should be tech savvy, able to communicate through multiple channels, and super organized. The VA will also be responsible for daily reporting to the Lead Generation team. We need someone who is able to find out the answers via Google, or has the solution mind set always.

We are an established company who has several Philippines VA's and have been working with Philippines VA's for over 10 years. We are looking for a long term new addition to the team who is an A player.

Will need to work UK hours - between 8am-6pm BST (this can vary)

Requirements and Qualifications:

-Infusionsoft, QuickMail, Adroll, Zapier, Acuity, Linktree, Photoshop
-High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
-Two (2) years’ previous experience handling assistant or administrative responsibilities, or experience in customer service or related field preferred
-Advanced computer skills
-Excellent English skills both written and spoken
-Knowledgeable in technology to communicate via computer, smartphone, or text
-Highly organized multitasker who works well with fast-paced directions and instructions that can be quick
-Demonstrates excellent time management
-Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information
-Self-directed and able to work without supervision
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong customer-service and presentation skills
