Digital Marketing / Wordpress / Content Creation

I am looking for someone to handle online marketing for a couple of very small web businesses. Activities include:
- Creating (from a template) Wordpress websites, with images, copy, content, etc. - complete web sites for businesses from scratch
- Online marketing activities: SEO, SEM, etc.
- Content creation for all websites: Blog posts, whitepapers, etc.
- Keyword research
- Ad creation
- Paid ad management (Facebook and Google)

The ideal candidate will have had worked in a larger company for 2 years to gain some experience working in digital marketing. I will expect to see this on your resume, and I will also expect to see samples of your work: not just the sites that you worked on, but samples of copy, blog posts, etc.

Full time, with paid training (I know I want someone with 2 years of experience, but extra training never hurts)

* Must be available 2 days per week for up to 1 hour each at 8AM for a video call
* Must have VERY good internet at home. We will have a video interview and I am expecting the audio and video quality to be excellent

General working terms:
- I make salary payments on the 1st and 15th of each month using Transferwise (lowest fees)
- I provide unlimited PTO: take any time off, whenever you would like to (just let me know in advance, if possible). I don't keep track of time or hours worked, I just review results and have very high standards.
- I provide a 13th month bonus every year in December
- Annual salary increases
