JOB OVERVIEW

Duration: Hopefully permeant, will review monthly for first 6 months

This is a performance Based Job with Potential Regular Bonuses

Perfect junior position for one (or potentially two people) that want to be trained. We will take someone with a low level of experience but they MUST be able to demonstrate the ability to learn and assimilate the provided learning and strategies. Due to time constraints you will be taught on live customer accounts so you must be able to either do additional research on how to use a tool or piece of software or ask for help if needed. This is essential; we are looking to build a family! an honest and hardworking team. No one is expected to know everything, we will give you access to services to practice with, training sessions, and surround you with other Filipino freelancers you can talk to! If you dont understand or get stuck, just ask!

• You will NOT be asked to phone customers
• You will NOT be expected to verbally communicate (talk) in English, just be required to write in English.

If the like the idea of being given a ConvertKit account, a hootsuite account (or similar tool or service) along with some training and time to go away and practice while documenting what you did and summarising what you have learnt is exciting then you will really enjoy this job. While the employer has particular go to tools, if you have experience with a particular tool and you want to use this instead then that will be supported.

Wages will increase with competence and as more familiarity and training is complete.

Month 2 - 20,000
Month 3 - 25,000
Month 4 - 30,000
Month 5 - 35,000
Month 6 - 35,000 + Bonuses per customer setup completion

It is expected by month 6 that you will be fully trained and you should be able to have the tools and training needed to take a brand new customer from start to finish. At this point we will be looking to review your salary. You will get a basic salary of 35'000 and a performance based bonus for delivering a customer from start to finish (Once trained this should take a maximum of 3 months so you should think of this as a quarterly bonus). The performance bonus will be a percentage of revenues generated within the campaign products and predetermined based on initial client negotiations.

You will also not be alone, we have Roy, our previously employed Filipino designer. Jerome, our UK based film recorder and editor (previously worked in music videos and commercial advertising), plus you will also be able to use Asad our Indian Based Developer responsible for taking designs and converting them into responsive HTML

The company you will be joining is a newly formed company with most things currently being setup (for a second time). The employer has proven results in this field and an existing client base. Due to partnership termination over creative differences the owner is starting from a clean start under a solo led project with a new name.

Originally all activities in this business were performed by just myself and so the business was not scalable! The adding of more clients meant I had to duplicate my time per client. The intention is for me to trust someone else (You!), and for you to document many of these duties and the provided training that we carry out on a daily basis and build a team of people that YOU can eventually can bring on board from onlinejobs.ph to join as your team to manage.

The company provides services such as advertising, branding, online course creation, drop shipping, blogging and product creation for specialists in the following fields of:

Sport (competing athletes)
Information Technology (Cyber Security Specialists)
Sports Related Therapies (such as microdermabrasion, cupping, reflexology, deep tissue massage, Yoga).
Skilled trades (think pottery, painting and carpentry).

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that every customer will be of an area of interest however every new customer will have a unique story or skillset. Most of the customers are either competing or at such a high level of work in their current jobs that they do not have time for day to day running of such items.

Each client that comes in will have a variety of different requirements which will be captured by other members of the team. When it is established what specific services a client will need, including Website/Blog, Logo, Online Course Creation, Email Management, Social Media management, eBooks, Newsletters, Kindle Narrated Books etc, a marketing plan will be formed for that particular customer.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to document processes in English and for also for other Filipino workers to follow.
• Developing high-level design documents, storyboards, and audio narration scripts.
• Developing courseware for live (i.e., instructor-led), online (i.e., synchronous virtual, asynchronous), or blended delivery platforms.
• Article writing and blogging
• Researching for blog posts, articles, and books.
• Desktop publishing duties including the development of online training courses, and creation of high quality PowerPoint training presentations
• Management of social media campaigns

The hope is you will eventually feel confident enough to manage other workers from onlinejobs.ph, however if you never reach this comfort level and you pass the training then a regular job as a worker with no management desires will still be acceptable. If you become someone who can go on to train new hires and create further trained employees then your salary will be increased according to factors such as quality of candidates you are able to transform and the speed of the onboarding process (basically you taking a new employee from zero knowledge to being fully operational)

Requirements
• Proven, effective communication skills including technical writing.
• Knowledge of PowerPoint
• Knowledge of G Suite
• Be able to communicate over slack chat with developers and graphic designers.
• Be able to communicate over email/WhatsApp with Video Editors and Film Staff.
• Must be a self-motivated learner with a demonstrated interest to stay current/ahead of learning technology and methodologies.
