**Requirements**

• Proven work experience as a Virtual Assistant in the Social Media line

• MUST HAVE Portfolio for Content Writings (Captions, Educational Blog Content)

• Has experience working with an online coach

• Experienced with SEO content writing

• Effective communication & written skills in English

• The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently & meet deadlines

• Has a keen eye for design

• Proficient in Canva or in using other design platforms.

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills

• BONUS: Has achievement in increasing social media traction from past work experience. (not mandatory)



**Responsibilities**

• Design social media graphics in Canva for Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest

• Research industry-related topics for social media postings, blog

• Write catchy social media captions

• Manage online platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Youtube Blog for scheduling, engagement

• Conduct outreach to prospects in Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram

• Manage incoming emails, messages, comments from prospects

• Analyze content marketing metrics and makes changes as needed

• Review social media statistics and compile into Weekly/Monthly Reports

• Run social media campaigns and develop social media strategies

• Proofread and edit blog posts with SEO, email newsletters before publication

• Do simple video editing on adhoc basis (Not Required)
