Goals of this position
The goal of the PPC Specialist is to create, organize, and run efficient PPC Campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Updating and adding keywords to client campaigns
- Targeting and bid adjustments across devices, time, geography, demographics, audience, network, and placements
- Managing both mobile and desktop PPC campaigns
- Text and image ad creation and testing to improve CTR and conversion rate
- Monitoring reports and making necessary adjustments based on the data
- Setting up Goals and conversion tracking within AdWords accounts
- Search query reports to identify new keyword opportunities and new negative keyword ideas
- Keyword research to identify new keyword ideas
- Monitor daily/monthly ad spend to ensure that monthly spend goal is within budget
- Providing weekly reports to Team Lead
- Staying up to date on PPC industry changes and trends to create the most efficient campaigns possible.
- Performance comparisons between Google Ads, Bing Ads, and
KPI’s - what is your focus?
- Cost per acquisition - this is to gauge the cost per acquisition by taking the total budget and divide by the total number of qualified leads. The goal is to keep this as low as possible.
