Podcast audio and visual editor

I’m a musician & podcast host. I record video and audio of my podcasts and I am looking for an assistant who is creative and passionate with editing video and audio for podcasts and also creating other social media content For future posts.

I want to be able to record a podcast and then send all the video and audio to my assistant to then produce the final copy of the podcast , for YouTube , Apple podcast , Spotify ect.

I generally record 1 podcast per week .
