Social Media Designer

I am looking for a creative designer who can build an Instagram aesthetic and maintain it with ongoing content creation.

I am on a mission to empower women with personal development tools and systems of success that allow them to create a life by design, where they are their own CEO. My team and I are fearlessly committed to creating a legacy for our families, growing our community to do more, give more, and serve within the health and wellness industry.

I am looking for a VA that has an incredibly strong understanding of all social media platforms so they can create the content (we'll give copy and direction) and will hand it off to someone who will grow and develop a following. I believe in building up everyone that I work with, and I'd like to create a long-term win/win relationship that is lucrative for both of us

I would like to start with a part-time role (between 10 to 20 hours a month) but if we can show success, there may be more hours available.

Here’s a list of the required skills and responsibilities:
-Strong attention to detail (this is very important as we cannot have misspelled words)
-Ability to design in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
-Strong understanding of Instagram and brand identity
-Leadership skills on design, and can assist me in what looks good
-Can take direction and rolls with the punches
-Flexible work hours in the central time zone
-Excellent communication and follow up, as we expect a timely response within 24-hours

-Ability to create GIF’s
-References to other accounts you've managed
