Job Description
A real estate company and agent team are seeking a Sales/Online Marketing Support member to join our team! You will perform daily sales and online marketing activities, owning and leading the conversion actions of new and existing contacts to client relations in the team’s client relation management (crm) platform and maintain marketing support functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities: Convert All contacts by executing outbound emails, text messages, phone calls and follow ups of new, pending, existing contacts in CRM while providing Client Care Service Support to the Agent and Team.

Manage and market via team crm when necessary to support the admin/marketing support member/s
Client relationship (CRM) platform management, keeping all data updated for agent’s review
Plan, document, and track tasks in the CRM keeping agents and team lead informed of status
Perform all other technical tasks as required to achieve sales goals
Social media contact conversions, mainly in Linked In and not limited to
Follow up to Convert new contacts to clients

Qualifications:
Strong with Wise Agent a Real Estate Client Relations Management platform or compatible
Previous experience in real estate and related sales and support skills
Real estate industry application experience (preferred, Not mandatory) or in related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Self motivated and managed
Timely task completion disciplined
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
