Virtual Assistant

We require a Virtual Assistant to firstly assit the CEO and then move into a full time position working with the CEO and two other senior team members and share holders. Task required would be as follows.

- Managing Email Accounts
- Scheduling Meetings
- Managing Voice Mail Accounts
- Organising and making travel rangements
- Monitoring organisal reporting
- Online ordering of groeces and other personal house day to day Upgrade to see actual infocluding Manging pool cleaners, house maids etc
- Responsable for the personal calander and other family events

The right person will have have great written and verbal english skills and a proven track record in being a personal assitant in a simular role.
