JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for our next Financial Analyst/Performance Manager. You will be an important part of the team and made to feel this way. We look after our members and ensure you feel heard, integrated and valid. This will be a full-on role, but you will love it when things are busy.

Please note we are not just looking for an average Financial Analyst/Performance Manager but someone who goes the extra mile every time.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Financial Analyst
- Create management report and financial report
- Meeting time deadlines for accounts
- Assisting with accounts payable & receivable, process A/R invoice entry
- Monitoring and analysing accounting data and produce financial reports or
statements
- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department including
- Resolving discrepancies, problem-solving
- Bank reconciliation
- Attention to detail with the numbers of the business
- Strategic planning ideas to improve the bottom line
- Diligently keeping track of P & L statements monthly
- Keeping weekly expenditure up to date
- Data entry, receipts, and balancing of accounts
- Ad-hoc tasks set by the management
2. Performance Manager
- Develop and manage performance tools, processes, and programs
- Translate company goals to individual goals and align efforts and outcomes
- Determine appropriate feedback systems for performance planning
- Assess and develop appropriate key performance indicators and performance goals for specific positions
- General day-to-day running of the company
- Develop performance improvement plans, coaching agendas, training materials, and progress tracking methods

I am the Director of the business and would describe you as my right hand man/woman dealing with stuff I don't need to be involved with. Collecting information and most importantly helping me achieve my goal of building this world class business by protecting mine and the team's time.
