Duties will entail:

Creating, managing and deploying marketing systems to attract motivated home owners and investor buyers
Cold calling
SMS Marketing
Responding to voicemails and missed calls
Organizing leads in company CRM
Lead followup and nurturing
Qualifying leads
Working with the sells department
Pulling marking lists
Skip Tracing
