Real Estate Inside Sales Agents

Qualified candidates that filled out our Application Form will be contacted as soon as possible.

This person could go on to run our outbound and inbound lead generation team. We contact all our prospects through the phone and this is how we generate all of our leads. We are looking for someone who is strong in sales and has the ability to organize data.
Working hours would either be 9 AM – 5 PM PST or 9 AM – 5 PM EST, Monday-Friday.

Your job will be to handle variety of tasks including the following:
- Finding leads and nurturing them
- Record sources,
- Making calls using Mojo dialer
- Using podio CRM to enter interested leads that you are able to speak to
- Organizing and pulling data that we will use to target leads

Requirements are:
Excellent command in English with neutral accent.
Excellent phone skills
Highly proficient in Excel, Google spreadsheets, autodialer , and CRM
Great experience in Real Estate industry
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Able to meet and exceed goals
