Production Coordinator

Kitsch designs products in our Los Angeles studio and we manufacture primarily in China.

We are looking for hardworking, honest, organized and dedicated employees to fill our production position.

Duties Include:
- Work with our logistics coordinator and production assistant to ensure projects are completed correctly and on time.
- Working closely with our product development team to ensure orders and correct samples are approved for production.
- Receive PO's from customers and create PO's for factories.
- Maintain production schedule to ensure ticketing, packaging and factories meet deadlines.
- Ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time according to customer specifications (Vendor Manual). Including but not limited to: Pre-packs, carton markings, ticket placement, carton weight and size, proper carding.
- Order cards and tickets.
- Overseeing delivery documents and invoices.

Requirements:
- Related education or experience in business procurement coordination or a relevant field.
- Must be extremely organized and have great time management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS office especially in excel.
- Detail oriented
-Prior experience with project management.
