Salutations!

I am looking for a new VA who is willing to work a full time position. Below are some details on the job. I am looking for a VA to take the lead on customer service processing involving customer correspondence, tracking management, supplier communication, returns processing, and inventory management. We will be providing our clientele with the assurance and guarantees necessary to ensure that they receive their order with an exemplary level of care.

This job will require you to consistently learn by watching training videos, thinking outside of the box, exhibiting compassion and cool temperament at all times in communication with clients, managing tight customer service templates while at the same time improving them, whilst improving cite the differences where to improve further in end-of-shift reports, and adapting to increase the rate of organization in your approach to facing the inner workings of this business. We simply need you to understand that this position will evolve and we nee you to be ready to evolve with it - this job will demand it and reward it in kind.

This position is always changing week by week so if you do not like change, this is not the job for you.

I would like to find someone who is extremely eager for this task and is good at communicating with me.

The position will be full time (40 hours per week) and paid on a monthly salary basis. This means that your pay will be disbursed once per month after the month’s work has been completed via PayPal. The pay for this job is $300 / month ($1.9 per hour). I would first like to have a trial 1-2 weeks to see how well you are able to communicate and see the speed you work at, this position requires you to be very diligent and fast. Once the 2 weeks is up I will let you know my decision and if I find your work is impressive I will hire you full time, if not, I will provide you with pay for the time of the trial period and we will part ways. If hired, I will allow you to select your own hours during the off-peak times of the business. Peak times for the business are going to be set in the Upgrade to see actual infossages are the first line of defense in being able to identify customer issues that escalate to problems later if not cared for. This position is designed to prevent those types of issues from ever taking place. I will be teaching you everything that there is to look out for and how to dress each situation with some earnest compassion so that customers leave consistently happy or fairly resolved. Therefore the sooner the response within 12 hours of being received, the better. The initial working hours will be set before you start working and if you would like to change them, it must be approved by me. This does not mean you can change what time you want to work every day or every week, I will allow you to set them at the start.

The only requirements I have for this job are:

1. That you are able to always be learning by the videos I provide you + learning the suppliers, purchasing, and research on your own. This position is not only following rules but is also about being creative in finding opportunities where others cannot see them. I do not want a new employee that merely follows my exact instructions then clocks out. I would like you to become a professional in order fulfillment and research.

2. Communication, Communication, Communication. Do you have a question? Ask! Do you have another question? Ask! Do you have to ask the same question 3 times before you completely understand? Ask! That is what I am here for, to help you learn and completely understand everything you need to succeed. My goal is to answer as many questions and help educate you as much as possible, the more you know, the more listings we have and the more the business grows and the happier I am. So do not be afraid to ask more and more questions.

3. Reliability - I need a staff member I can rely on. Someone who will always be working when they say they are, and will take responsibility for all of their actions. Two things I cannot tolerate are, no communication & not showing up when I need you. Please do not apply for this job if you have too many other responsibilities / are someone who does not show up to work on time.

You will need to have computer skills, ability to screenshot quickly, copy paste, basic math, experience with google sheets, a fast computer, with a high resolution (1080p minimum) and a fast internet connection! If you do not have experience in Amazon or product research that is okay, as long as you EXCEL in the requirements above — Ability to learn, communication, & reliability.

If you have experience with customer service response in general (Amazon preferable), tracking management with suppliers, returns processing with label creation, basic inventory management on Amazon, this is a BONUS! And I will be more likely to consider your application if you provide me with detailed information on your order fulfillment and product research experience with online retailers.
