JOB OVERVIEW

Our company is stepping up recruitment for the best VA in PH. We are a growing US based firm that consumes increasing amounts of data for client outreach across many sectors. We execute simple outreach marketing campaigns using LinkedIn, Social Media and email campaigns.

What you will do:
1. Google search for contact info about businesses and LinkedIn
2. Appointment setting. Some initial calls to people who have scheduled to discuss their business. (Full training and script provided) No cold calls are required.
3. Read and reply to 3 email inboxes (2 exec and 1 generic)
4. Manage 2 LinkedIn profiles
5. Manage an email responder, replyify, zero bounce or never bounce marketing tools
6. Manage 2 executive calendars and track finances
7. Occasionally, find content and make social media posts

This job is 100% perfect for the type of person who loves expressing themselves by contributing ideas to make processes better. There will be a training period and ongoing daily support. Your most important quality is attitude and secondly technical skills.

• Has tele sales experience.
• Ideally has some accounting background.
• Has functional knowledge of MS Word/Excel etc.
• Is able to self-manage their time and complete task within a deadline.

The role will be 40 hours per week M-F US PST or EST whichever is more convenient for you. We are reasonable with working hours with times and holidays so if you need a day off here or there just let us know in advance. A yearly bonus of one-month salary and some performance related bonus’ throughout.
