VA /Internal Sales Associate - Team leader Lead Generation
About the role.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WHO WILL NOT BE BOUND BY LIMITED INCOME RESTRICTIONS. OTE EARNINGS WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE TO ACHIEVE BETWEEN P 30,000 - 50,000 INITIALLY PER MONTH.
DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU ARE NOT AN EXPERIENCED COLD CALLER AND RELATIONSHIP OPENER IN A B2B PREVIOUS ROLE. THIS IS IS SALES ROLE WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE MENTORED ONE ON ONE, TO MAKE AN OUTSTANDING LIVING IF YOU HAVE THE ESSENTIAL BELOW REQUIREMENTS.
YOU WILL NEED:
1. COLD CALLING / OUTBOUND SALES EXPERIENCE (1-2yrs)
2. THE ABILITY TO FOLLOW A PROVEN SCRIPT AND MAKE IT YOUR OWN
3. YOU ARE WILLING TO COMMIT TO US FULL TIME AFTER TRIAL PERIOD AS A CAREER ROLE
4. YOU ARE WILLING TO HAVE NO OTHER FORMS OF EMPLOYMENT.

We build "Websites that sell" but not as you probably think.
We are looking for a career-orientated VA that would like to grow with a flexible company, learn new skills, and earn an excellent living. The Director has lived in the Philippines and is married to a Filipina and has an easy-going culture. The business operates from Perth Australia which is the same time frame as the Philippines.
This role will be an autonomous role salaried with KPI's to be achieved monthly. Hours of work are full time but flexible or can be part-time 20 hours per week as well. The hours are irrelevant to the role the results are paramount. This role will eventually grow into a Team Leader role or / Operations manager as The Director will be building a Lead Generation team as the business grows.
This is a career role and the right person will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions as well as a salary and have the opportunity to train others and be paid on their results also. Your income will only be limited by your performance after the three month trial period.
Key Performance Indicators.
Main KPIs to be achieved are scheduling 10 appointments per week for the Director with a min of 6 weekly.
You will need t to an experienced phone sales professional with B2B experience and have:
: A quiet place to work from with no distractions and a fast internet connection
: Good command of The English language both written and Oral to succeed.
: Able to manage my business Linkedin business page with Sales Navigator.
: be able to build an ongoing list of prospects and nurture them. (the tools will be provided)
: Be able to Cold Call and open relationships within targetted Industries.
: be able to follow an exact script I provide for you to guarantee your success:
: be able to set appointments, strategy sessions through Calendly
: You will need to either be a seasoned Cold Calling professional opening relationships with small business owners or have some experience in a similar role B2B ( business to business)
: You will need to have an excellent command of the English language both written and oral.
